dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je na základe analýzy možností vzniku záplav v okrese Trenčín poskytnúť návrhy na ich elimináciu. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje základné pojmy, popisuje zákony súvisiace s touto problematikou a všeobecne charakterizuje povodne. Praktická časť analyzuje charakter trenčianskeho okresu a taktiež príčiny vzniku povodní v tomto okrese. Ďalšia kapitola vyhodnocuje súčasný stav protipovodňových opatrení a uvádza príklad možného ohrozenia okresu Trenčín záplavovou vlnou vzniknutou v dôsledku rozrušenia vodnej stavby Liptovská Mara spolu s evakuáciou obyvateľstva. Posledná kapitola predkladá návrhy eliminácie vzniku záplav. V závere práce autor porovnáva jeho návrhy eliminácie možnosti vzniku záplav so súčasným stavom protipovodňových opatrení trenčianskeho okresu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is the analysis of possibilities of floods rising in the Trenčín district and giving proposals for their elimination. The theoretical part explains basic terms, describes laws, which are connected with this problems and it defines floods in general. The practical part analyses character of Trenčín district and reasons for floods in the district too. Next chapter describes current state of flood control and there is an example of possible threat of Trenčín district by flooding wave, caused by the destruction of Liptovská Mara dam along with the evacuation of the population. Finishing part of the work gives proposals of elimination of delagues. At the end of the work author compares suggestions of eliminating the possibility of flooding with the current state of flood controls of the Trenčín district.	en
