dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé práce bylo provézt analýzu pracovní spokojenosti a její vliv na motivaci ve firmě EMOS spol. s r. o. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala pracovní spokojeností jako takovou, faktory, které spokojenost ovlivňují, motivačními teoriemi a tvorbou dotazníků. V praktické části jsem hned v úvodu ve stručnosti představila společnost, kde šetření proběhlo. Následně jsem rozebrala samotnou analýzu a z ní udělala závěry a doporučení, které z analýzy vyplynuly.	cs
