Cílem práce bylo charakterizovat vyšší houby, především se zaměřit na houby u kterých byly prokázány fyziologicky významné účinky na lidský organismus. Největší pozornost byla věnována hlívě ústřičné, ze které se získávají beta-glukany. U těchto látek byly zjištěny stimulující účinky na imunitní systém člověka, přestože přesný mechanismus jejich působení, není dodnes znám. |

The objective of this work is to characterize multicellular mushrooms. It is focused on mushrooms with proved significant physiological effect on human organism. The biggest attention was payed to pleurotus ostreatus from which we can gather bega-glukans. These chemicals have a stimulating effect on human immune system, although the exact mechanismus has not been discovered. |
