V této diplomové práci je nastíněna problematika správního trestání v kompetenci orgánů Celní správy České republiky. V první části diplomové práce je teoreticky charakterizována právní regulace správního trestání v České republice a dále také správní rozhodnutí v oblasti správního práva trestního. V druhé části se věnuji analýze správního trestání v kompetenci Celní správy ČR, a to zejména s přihlédnutím ke spotřebním a ekologickým daním. V závěru jsou pak navrženy možnosti zlepšení činnosti Celní správy ČR z pohledu správního trestání. |

In this thesis is to present the issue of administrative punishment in the competence of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. In the first part of thesis is theoretically characterized regulatory administrative punishment in the Czech Republic as well as administrative decisions in the field of administrative law criminal. The second part is giving an analysis of administrative punishment in the competence of the customs administration, particularly with regard to consumer and environmental taxes. In conclusion, the proposed options for improving the activities of customs administrations in terms of administrative punishment. |
