Diplomová práce se zabývá méně známými ovocnými druhy. V teoretické části je popsáno rozdělení ovoce. Dále se text zaměřuje na jádrové ovoce s důrazem na rod jeřáb (Sorbus) a jeho mezidruhové křížence. Cílem praktické části bylo stanovit sušinu, refraktometrickou sušinu, obsah organických kyselin a minerálních látek v 8 odrůdách jeřábu. Výsledky byly konfrontovány s hodnotami uváděnými v odborné literatuře. |

The diploma thesis deals with less known fruit cultivars. The theoretical part describes the distribution of fruit. Furthermore, the text focuses on pomaceous fruit with emphasis on the genus rowan (Sorbus) and its interspecies hybrids. The aim of the practical part was to determine the dry matter, the soluble solid content and contents of organic acid and min-eral. The results were compared with values reported in the literature. |
