Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců a jejím vlivem na zvyšování výkonnosti firmy. Je rozdělena na tři základní části, první část tvoří teoretické poznatky, druhá část je věnovaná praktické analýze situace ve vybrané firmě a poslední část obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení. Teoretická část popisuje zdroje, druhy a školy motivace, dále čtenáře seznamuje s principy hmotné a nehmotné motivace, tvorbou a využitím motivačního programu. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část, kde je popsána a analyzována stávající situace v organizaci. V rámci této bakalářské práci byl vypracován dotazník, jehož cílem bylo zjistit názor zaměstnanců na současný motivační systém. Na základě vyhodnocení dotazníku byly navrženy opatření, které by měly pomoci zvýšit motivaci pracovníků a tím i výkonnost dané firmy. |

This thesis deals with the motivation of employees and its impact on increasing company?s efficiency. It is divided into three basic parts, the first part includes theoretical knowledge, the second part is devoted to a practical analysis of a situation in selected company and the last part contains possible suggestions for improvement. The theoretical part describes the sources, types and the schools of motivation; it also shows readers different types of a material and non-material motivation, the creation and the use of a motivational program. The theoretical part is followed by a practical section in which current situation in selected company is described and analyzed. As a part of this thesis the questionnaire was created, its main aim is to find out employees' opinions on the motivational program. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaire, series of suggestions were made in attempt to improve business performance of selected company. |
