Cílem mé diplomové práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu restaurace navrhnout projekt marketingové komunikace, který pomůže nově otevřené restauraci získat nové a udržet stávající zákazníky. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky z dostupné literatury zabývající se marketingem služeb a marketingovou komunikací. Analytická část zahrnuje analýzu corporate identity a marketingové komunikace restaurace, dotazníkové šetření, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýzu. V praktické části je navržen projekt marketingové komunikace Retrokavárny, který je v závěru podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

The aim of my diploma theses based on an analysis of the current stage of restaurant is to suggest marketing communications project, which will help to get new customers and keep existing customers for the newly opened restaurant. The first section contains theoretical knowledge of the available literature dealing with services marketing and marketing com-munications. The analytical part includes an analysis of corporate identity and marketing communication of restaurant, questionnaire survey, Porter's five competitive forces model, SWOT analysis. In the practical part is proposed the marketing communications project of the Retrocafe, which encompass time, cost and risk analysis in the end. |
