Das Ziel meiner Bachelorarbeit ist die Agentur CzechTourism, vor allem dann die Vertretung in Wien, zu analysieren und nachfolgend den Marketingplan zusammenstellen. Im teoretischen Teil werden die Erkenntnisse des Marketingplanungsprozeßes und der Zusammenstellung des Marketingplanes aus der zugänglichen Fachliteratur bearbeitet. Praktischer Teil wird der Situationanalyse und SWOT-Analyse gewidmet. Auf Grund der durchgeführten Analyse werden die wichtigsten Planziele, Marketingstrategien und Planfortschrittkontrolle definiert. |

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to analyse the agency CzechTourism, especially the perresentation in Vienna, and following to edit the marketing plan. The teoretical part will be processed by findings of the marketing planning process and the compilation of the marketing plan from the available literature. Practical part of my Bachelor thesis is devoted to the situation analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis must be defined the most important plan objectives, marketing strategies and progress monitoring plan. |
