Diplomová práce se zabývá využitelností GTD metody a principů self-managementu. Teo-retická část popisuje oblast Time managementu s důrazem na jeho čtvrtou generaci. K popisu využívá pojmy, které se vzájemně propojují. Konkrétně se jedná o sebepoznání, vedení, řízení, čas, produktivita a efektivita. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. Ta první nás seznamuje s GTD metodou obecně. Druhá část zjišťuje, jak ji používají její uži-vatelé. Využívá k tomu metodu kvantitativního výzkumu. Diplomovou práci uzavírá pro-jektová část, která popisuje způsob, jak lze GTD metodu využít s prvky čtvrté generace řízení času. |
