Bakalářská práce popisuje význam a výjimečnost tokajských vín na Slovensku a v Maďarsku. Popisuje hlavní klimatické či půdní vlivy, které ovlivňují zrání vinné révy v dané oblasti, ale také její geografické rozložení. Práce se zaměřuje na výskyt možných chorob, význam a vliv ušlechtilé plísně Botrytis cinerea, která je úzce spjatá s tokajskými víny. V neposlední řadě se zabývá technologickými výrobními postupy a charakteristikou tokajských vín. |

Finally, it deals with technological processes and characteristics of Tokaj wines. |
