dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na time management manažerů ve střediscích společnosti JAS ČR, a. s. Teoretická část bakalářské práce zpracovává teoretické poznatky v oblasti time managementu a zároveň self managementu. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat současnou úroveň time managementu manažerů společnosti a identifikovat jeho kritické oblasti. Sou-částí bakalářské práce jsou také návrhy a možnosti zdokonalování současného stavu time managementu manažerů.
