dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nehmotnou motivací pracovníků v podniku META Plzeň s.r.o. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit současnou úroveň motivačního systému pracovníků tohoto podniku a navrhnout vedení podniku kroky a opatření, která mohou vést k větší pracovní spokojenosti a tím i výkonnosti zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je teoretická, zabývá se personální politikou podniku s důrazem na motivační techniky, pracovní prostředí a jiné oblasti motivace. Další část obsahuje profil společnosti META Plzeň s.r.o., používané prostředky ke zvýšení motivace pracovníků a také dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi zaměstnanci. Z této analýzy pak vychází nejdůležitější část – projekt, kde jsou uvedena jednotlivá doporučení pro podnik a poté také návrh samotného motivačního programu společnosti s vyčíslením nákladů a vyjmenováním jednotlivých potenciálních rizik při jeho zavedení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with a contemporary motivation of staff in the company META Plzeň Ltd. The purpose of this work is to find out the present level of employees motivation in this company and suggest steps and recommendations which can lead to stronger working motivation and satisfaction and cause higher productivity of employees. The master thesis is devided into three parts. The first one is theoretical; it deals with personal politics of the company with the emphasis on the method of motivation, working environment and other spheres of motivation. The next part describes the company META Plzeň Ltd., the means of motivation, which the company use and finally also the inquiry made among employees. From these analysis results the most important part – the project, which contains suggestions and recommendations for company and then suggestion of individual motivational programme for company with calculation of costs and with mentioned potential risks which can appear during his realization.
