Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problémovým chováním žáků vůči učitelům (šikana učitelů) na středních školách Zlínského kraje. Teoretická část uvádí do problematiky šikany učitelů, vymezuje pojmy problémové chování. Dále se podrobněji zabývá některými vybranými jevy problémového chování žáků, jako např. kyberšikana, agrese slovní i fyzická, zabývá se pojmy jako klima školy, klima třídy, třídou jako sociální skupinou nebo osobností učitele a vzájemného vztahu učitel a žák. Praktická část se rovněž zabývá výzkumy ať již v rámci ČR nebo ve světě, které byly v této oblasti realizovány. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická a tvoří ji výzkum, jehož hlavním cílem je zjistit výskyt problémového chování žáků vůči učitelům na vybraných středních školách ve Zlínském kraji. |

This diploma thesis focuses on problematic behaviour of high-school students towards teachers (student bullying of teachers) in Zlin region. The theoretical part of this thesis presents the main terms related to student bullying of teachers, as well as terms related to problematic behaviour. Furthermore, it describes in detail selected ways of problematic student behaviour, such as cyberbullying and verbal and physical agression. The following terms are described here: the school climate, class climate, class as a social group, the teacher personality and interrelationship of a teacher and a student. In the theoretical part, various research studies carried out on this topic both within the Czech Republic and around the world are also presented.In the practical part I present the results of my own research carried out on this topic. The aim of this research was to find out the occurance of student problematic behaviour towards teachers at selected high schools in the Zlin region. |
