Diplomová práca je zameraná na implementáciu systémov managementu kvality na vybranej veterinárnej klinike. Na základe výsledkov analýzy bol vypracovaný projekt, ktorý vedie k implementácii systémov managementu kvality podľa normy ISO 9001:2015 a k možnej certifikácii kliniky. V teoretickej časti práce bola vypracovaná literárna rešerš na vybranú problematiku s modifikáciou pre veterinárne zariadenia. Praktická časť práce bola rozdelená na analytickú a projektovú, kde bola charakterizovaná vybraná klinika a bola vyhotovená analýza súčasného stavu riadenia veterinárnej kliniky, na základe zistení a nedostatkov bol vypracovaný projekt implementácie systémov managementu kvality. Tento projekt je dôležitým výstupom práce, v ktorom boli vytvorené návrhy a postupy, súvisiace s implementáciou, vďaka ktorej môže pochopiť procesy a postupy aj veterinárny lekár bez potrebného ekonomického vzdelania. Projekt bol podrobený časovej, nákladovej a rizikovej analýze. |

The master thesis is focused on the implementation of quality management systems at a selected veterinary clinic. Based on the analysis results, a project was developed that leads to the implementation of quality management systems according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the possible certification of the clinic in the future. Literature review on selected issues specific to veterinary facilities can be found in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part of the thesis is divided into analytical section and project section, where in the first section selected veterinary clinic was characterized and an analysis of the current state of clinic was performed. Based on these findings a project was introduced to implement quality management systems. The project itself is an important output of this work, in which proposals and procedures related to the implementation were created that allows any veterinary doctor to understand the processes and procedures without the necessary economic education. The project was subjected to time, cost and risk analysis. |
