dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je zhodnocení využití potenciálu chytrých mobilních telefonů a s nimi spojených forem komunikace a vyřizování potřebné agendy mezi statutárním městem Zlín a jeho občany. Kromě stávajícího stavu moderních nástrojů (a ochoty magistrátu zavádět další) je posuzována také ochota běžných lidí tyto nové možnosti využívat. Na základě získaných dat jsou doporučeny kroky pro zlepšení zjištěného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the use of the potential of smart mobile phones and the associated forms of communication and handling of the necessary agenda between the statutory city of Zlín and its citizens. In addition to the current state of modern tools (and the willingness of the municipality to introduce others), the willingness of ordinary people to use these new possibilities is also assessed. On the basis of the data obtained, steps are recommended to improve the observed situation.
