Cieľom diplomovej práce je vypracovať projekt na vytvorenie online marketingovej komunikácie vo vybranej spoločnosti, ktorý povedie k zvýšeniu povedomia o spoločnosti. Diplomová práca sa skladá z teoretickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti boli spracované teoretické poznatky k online marketingu a online marketingovej komunikácií. Ďalej bola vypracovaná literárna rešerš k marketingu na sociálnych médiách a boli stručne charakterizované vybrané marketingové analýzy a marketingová stratégia. Praktická časť je rozdelená na analytickú a projektovú časť. V analytickej časti bol analyzovaný súčasný stav spoločnosti a bola vypracovaná SWOT a benchmarking analýza. Ďalej bol spracovaný kvantitatívny výskum a verifikácia stanovených hypotéz. V projektovej časti boli spracované akčné plány, ktoré boli následne podrobené časovej, nákladovej a rizikovej analýze. |

The aim of the thesis is to develop a project for creating online marketing communication in the selected company, which will increase awareness of the company. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes the theoretical knowledge of online marketing and online marketing communication. Furthermore, literature research on social media marketing was conducted and selected marketing analyses and marketing strategy were briefly described. The practical part is divided into an analytical and a project part. The analytical part analyzed the company's current situation, and SWOT and benchmarking analysis were carried out. Further, quantitative research and verification of stated hypotheses were also conducted. In the project part, action plans were developed, which were subsequently subjected to time, cost, and risk analysis. |
