Cieľom diplomovej práce je vypracovanie projektu pre vytvorenie marketingového oddelenia v Univerzitnej nemocnici Martin. V teoretickej časti diplomovej práce je definovaná problematika týkajúca sa marketingu v zdravotníctve a marketingového riadenia a spracované teoretické poznatky pre vytvorenie marketingového oddelenia. V úvode praktickej časti práce je charakterizované zdravotnícke zariadenie a vypracovaná marketingová situačná analýza. Záver práce tvorí projekt vytvorenia marketingového oddelenia, ktorý je podrobený časovej, nákladovej a rizikovej analýze a zhodnotenie budúceho prínosu pre Univerzitnú nemocnicu Martin. |

The aim of the graduate thesis is the elaboration of a project for the creating of a Marketing Department at the Martin University Hospital. In the theoretical part of the graduate thesis, there are defined issues related to marketing in healthcare, marketing management, and elaborated theoretical knowledges for creation of marketing department. At the beginning of the practical part of the thesis, there is characterized Martin University Hospital and created the marketing situational analysis. At the end of the graduate thesis, there is the project for creating a marketing department submitted to time, cost and risk analysis and evaluation of the future benefits of the project for the Martin University Hospital. |
