Táto práca chce ponúknuť pohľad na podstatu, zásady, možnosti a v súčasnosti i nevyhnutnosť marketingového plánovania pri udržaní rovnováhy medzi cieľmi a možnosťami firmy. Práca sa delí na tieto dve hlavné časti: Časť 1 podáva teoretické východiská filozofie marketingovo riadenej firmy; zaoberá sa podstatou podnikania v službách. Časť 2 je praktického charakteru; zásady a techniky marketingového plánovania sú tu aplikované na podmienky vlastnej firmy a vyusťujú do marketingového plánu firmy. |

The diploma work is devided into two main parts: Part I. It presents theoretical scopes of the philosophy of the marketing-controlled company and deals with the subject-matter of service businesses. Part II. It is of practical charakter, principles and techniques of the marketing planning are applied to conditions of self company here and opens into company's marketing plan. |
