dc.description.abstract Cilem diplomove prace "Marketingovy plan domova pro seniory Kocianka" je vytvoreni navrhu marketingoveho planu pro domov seniory Kocianka. Prace je rozvrzena do dvou casti. Teoreticka cast vychazi z odborne literatury a je zamerena na marketing, socialni sluzby, socialni peci a specifika marketingu v socialnich sluzbach. V prakticke casti byly vyuzity metody marketingovych analyz, jako je PESTLE analyza, Porterova analyza peti konkurencnich sil, analyza marketingoveho mixu a SWOT analyza. Na zaklade vysledku techto analyz byly stanoveny cile, ktere slouzily jako vychodisko k sestaveni navrhu marketingoveho planu na rok 2022.

dc.description.abstract-translated The aim of the diploma thesis "Marketing plan home for the elderly Kocianka" is creating of marketing plan for home for elderly Kocianka. The thesis is divided into two parts. The teoretical part is based on specialized literature and is focuses on marketing, social services, social care and the specifics of marketing in social services. In the practical part, the methods of marketing analysis were used, such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces, analysis of the marketing mix and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of these analyzes, goals were set, which served as a starting point for drawing up a draft marketing plan for 2022.
